You can experience the life you’ve always dreamed possible, with confidential and effective ways to achieve sobriety and freedom from addiction.

Our staff of Recovery Coaches are state certified.  Recovery coaching is the next step after treatment, for those individuals in early stages of recovery from alcohol or drug addiction.  We walk this road of recovery with the individual.

By listening to and truly hearing the individual, we identify underlying issues, are able to meet them where they are and help determine what is best for each individual based on their specific needs.

We also work closely with the individual’s family as well, which has often times been devastated by their loved one’s disease.  We offer comprehensive, individualized recovery coaching for both men and women.  A unique recovery plan is completed with each individual and family based on their specific needs.

Steve Casper

Steve is a Certified Life Coach specializing in recovery from addiction. He has gained a wealth of knowledge through his own recovery from alcoholism.

Steve brings more than 15,000 hours of hands on coaching and sober companionship experience to assist in your journey to freedom from addiction. He also understands the importance of working with families.

Prior to Coaching Steve owned and operated an Executive recruiting firm in the Cleveland Ohio area. He relocated to Southwest Florida in 2014, and has committed his life to working with others who struggle with addiction. In 2017 he received his CLC certification and launched a new career as a recovery/addiction coach.

Steve is in long term recovery and a frequent keynote speaker in various recovery communities. He currently works full time as a recovery coach and sober companion, based in Naples Florida. He believes that we can recover if we are committed to changing how we live our lives, emotionally and spiritually.

Pain Points

1.  Have you ever decided to stop drinking for a week or so, but only lasted for a couple of days?

Most of us in A.A. made all kinds of promises to ourselves and our families. We could not keep them. Then we came to A.A. and A.A. said “Just try not to drink today.” (If you do not drink today, you cannot get drunk today.)

2. Have you had problems connected with drinking during the past year?

Be honest! Doctors say that if you keep on drinking, It will get worse – never better. Eventually, you will die, or end up in an institution for the rest of your life. the only hope is to stop drinking.

3. Has your drinking caused trouble at home?

Before we came into A.A., most of us said it was that it was the people or problems at home that made us drink. We could not see that our drinking just made everything worse. It never solved problems anywhere or anytime.

4.  Do you tell yourself you can stop drinking anytime you want to, even though you keep getting drunk when you don’t mean to?

Many of us kidded ourselves into thinking that we drank because we wanted to.  After we came to A.A., we found out that once we started to drink, we couldn’t stop.

Bill Coleman. MSW, LCSW - President Transforming Recovery Services

It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with Steve over the past four years.  We have collaborated on cases and I now refer cases to Steve.  He has been the primary recovery coach for a mutual client for over five years.

Steve is naturally engaging and is able to develop rapport and therapeutic alliance very quickly.  I unconditionally support and endorse Steve to work with you and your family.
